We're looking for a skilled baker or a motivated baker assistant to join us in production.
Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
• As a baker, you have hands-on experience with artisan bread, sourdough, pastry, or cake making, and can work independently on recipes and production.
• As a baker assistant, you may have less experience but are enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to learn on the job.
• You're a morning person — we start around 7am.
• You're comfortable being involved in multiple steps of production — whether it's developing recipes, preparing doughs, kneading, baking, or decorating.
• You understand the importance of cleanliness, organization, and quality.
+ Speaking Italian is a plus (but not required).
Some highlights of working with us:
• A more personal working environment, where our customers are just a few meters away.
• Reasonable working hours — we start production at 7am, no night shifts.
• A wider and more diversified job. If you're tired of rolling your thousandth croissant of the day, here you can get involved in every step of production and suggest products for the line-up, rotate and alternate your duties.
We're looking for someone who makes every customer feel welcome and turns a simple coffee break into a warm experience.
• You love coffee and pastries, and enjoy interacting with customers.
• You're friendly and kind, always willing to share a smile.
• You have experience as a barista and server in a café, restaurant or bakery setting.
• You speak Danish and English fluently.
+ Speaking Italian is a plus.
Some highlights of working with us:
• Flexible working hours in a calm and cozy neighbourhood.
• A small, close team building something new from the ground up, where your ideas and input can make a real difference.
We're looking for someone to help us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, so we can focus on baking.
This could be a flexible side-gig to complement your main activity — a few hours a week, ready to step in when needed.
• You're structured, know how to make a plan and follow through, and have experience managing small businesses and coordinating the work of others.
• You can help with inventory management, supplier relations, staff scheduling, and general day-to-day operations.
• You're comfortable handling administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, compliance, and communication with authorities.
• You have a problem-solving mindset and can take initiative when things need attention.
• You speak Danish and English fluently.
